How to start a return

Send an email to office@haikure.it with your order number and, if you wish, the reason for your return. Our team will reply with the available options and instructions on how to send the item back.

Timeframe

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us of your return.

We recommend returning items unworn, unwashed, and with their original tags and packaging where possible. Please note that the absence of original packaging or tags does not automatically affect your right to return.

Shipping the item back

Return shipping is at your expense. You can use the carrier of your choice. Once shipped, feel free to share the tracking number with us at office@haikure.it.

If you're returning from outside the EU, please be aware that customs clearance may add time to the process.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–6 business days. You'll be notified by email.

Non-EU returns may take longer depending on customs and transit times.
