The washed garments are sent to our headquarters to begin ironing and quality control. In this phase, external pendants and paper materials are attached to each garment.

Following this, ironing begins. This process helps to return the garments to their original measure as the washing phase can alter them slightly. The final process involves quality control, which consists of examining each individual piece to verify its conformity, and to assess the standard of sewing and washing. These steps involve a large number of staff (currently around 60), protected by our own internal code of ethics in addition to existing rights granted by Italian law.
Chemical and environmentally harmful substances are not expected to be used.
